Can weight loss actually be easy? Here’s all you need to know about cutting down on that extra fat.

Let’s face it: weight loss is the great mystery that just about everyone’s trying to figure out. Meanwhile, you have drug companies and weight loss gurus throwing product after product at your desperation, hoping you’ll be baited into biting.

But before you let them reel you in, know that NONE of them will work if you don’t understand the first few things about weight loss. In fact, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) has linked higher education levels to lower obesity rates in the United States.[1]

So maybe it’s NOT a mystery after all? It’s safe to conclude that the right education plays a part in weight loss and maintenance.

Even if you don’t already know the basics behind weight loss, don’t lose hope! Luckily for you, I’m going to be leveling the playing field and revealing ALL of my secrets for burning fat.

I’ve been developing these weight loss methods since only 9 years of age (I was an unhealthy child and had to lose weight). After attending pharmacy school, I learned the body’s mechanisms behind weight loss and reinforced everything I already tried on my own.

So you can rest assured that everything I’m about to share with you is backed by my own weight loss success, biochemistry knowledge, education in the medical field, and studies published in scientific/medical journals.

So without further ado, I’m proud to give you Breakaway Limit’s Ultimate Weight Loss Guide!

1. Find Your Reason For Weight Loss

Do you have a compelling reason that’ll drive you out of bed at 6AM for a morning workout? What about the willpower to do one right after work, when all you want to do is collapse into bed?

You’d better have a list ready so that when push comes to shove, you’ll look at it and be reminded why you’re doing this. Otherwise, there’s no way you’ll be able to buckle down and do what needs to be done.

Don’t already have that kind of motivation? Learn the importance of weight loss, including the health consequences and how NOT exercising to lose weight could be like flushing $200/hour down the toilet. Unless you make more than that, I suggest you start moving.

2. Understand How Weight Loss Works

Burning 3500 calories equals to one pound of fat loss…or does it? Read Weight Loss Basics to find out the actual number, along with what you need to know to mentally prepare for your goals.

In a famous 1957 study[2], domesticated and wild rats swam until they drowned. Before the experiment, the domestic rats were saved several times by researchers.

During the experiment, the simple expectation of being saved allowed the domestic rats to far outlast their competition(which had greater physical abilities) by swimming up to ~80 hours).

If a mere rat can swim for days from a simple expectation, how much further can you go simply by knowing how to lose weight?

3. Carbs, Fats, Proteins: Which Are Your Enemies?

By now, you’ve probably heard from everyone that carbs are bad for your weight. While true to an extent, we often mistakenly demonize carbs. Learn which carbohydrates help weight loss, and avoid the ones that make you gain weight.

Meanwhile, understand that fat’s role in weight loss is far more complex than you think. Sure, some are bad for you, but did you know some actually help you lose fat? Even with the healthy ones, improperly handling or storing them can lead to premature aging and an early death.

Finally, consume these proteins for faster weight loss and learn why many dieters consider this macronutrient the holy grail for shedding fat. Be sure to avoid the proteins that lead to health problems, which may negate the health benefits of losing weight. Don’t rush blindly into your precious ketogenic and Atkins diets until you fully understand this!

4. Probiotics: The Weight Loss Army In Your Gut

It’s commonly accepted that probiotics are good for you…at least for the people who know they exist. Even so, very few people actually tell you which probiotics are weight loss aids.

Probiotics play an important part in a healthy diet, and are even more important in a weight loss plan. For very little work, probiotics can help you lose weight simply by eating the right ones along with fiber to help them multiply in your gut.

Weight loss is an extensive subject and new research is coming out daily. If I could actually post all the weight loss tips I had in one post, I would’ve done that!
